30 Weeks with my sweet boy. I’m so eager for you to be here but lately wishing I could keep you safe in my belly, forever. The world is so scary right now, this year has truly been unlike any other in my life. I’m learning a lot though and hope to raise you to be the best person you can be. ⁣
⁣
Even this weekend I’ve learned how important it is to have a voice for others who need it most, even when you thought you weren’t part of the problem. Silence is the problem and together we will hopefully use our voice for good and for change. ⁣
⁣
I’ve also learned it’s not about “not seeing color” but recognizing color and celebrating differences. I hope you will be a friend, ally and seeker of justice for those who need it. ⁣
⁣
It makes me anxious to speak out. I’m scared of saying the wrong thing but I am trying - to learn, make a difference and be prepared to raise you to be better than I have. My words may not be perfect but hopefully they’re better than silence.

2. Healing Begins Within. A full blood panel at my OBGYN taught me SO much about my health. I highly recommend whether you’re having skin issues or not! ⁣

3. Your Diet. A lot of my skin issues & bloating can be attributed to too much gluten. Try an elimination diet like Whole30 to see what you should eat less of! ⁣

4. Facials. Not only do they feel amazing, they can kill bacteria and extract your pores. Yes, plz! ⁣
⁣
5. Careful with What Touches Your Face. Phones, pillows and your hands! All can leave dirt and bacteria on your skin causing major breakouts. ⁣
