I hope everyone had a great weekend, mine was full of naps and puppy snuggling, so I’m feeling super refreshed today!
This is not my picture, I stole it from pinterest but I had to share this super yummy recipe!
It’s spaghetti, but it’s broccoli. Weird right? NO it’s literally the same flavor and texture. The only difference is this broccoli slaw “spaghetti” is only 25 calories a cup! You can buy the broccoli slaw by the prepackaged lettuce in the store. I got a whole box for only $2.50.
So not only is it lo cal, but it’s super easy to make! You just boil the broccoli slaw, just like spaghetti, for about ten minutes or so until its tender. Then you drain and top with your favorite sauce. I added grilled chicken too but it was just as yummy on its own.
My picture isn’t as pretty, and really doesn’t do the taste justice. Just take my word for it and give it a try!
